Life List

I was over checking out Budgets are Sexy and he had a "life list"  kinda like a bucket list but with less focus on the dying part.  It kind of got me inspired to make a realistic "life list" as a list of goals and rewards and such.  So without further adieu:

  • Be completely debt free.  Student Loans, Mortgage, Cars, everything
  • Wear a two piece bathing suit without shame
  • Go on a vacation overseas with my husband.  Prepaid....no credit cards.  Or if CC are used they are paid off immediately/completely upon return from trip.
  • Take a girls trip even for just a weekend...with girls I love to be with...
  • Learn the actual names of my favorite pieces by Mozart...
  • Plan my funeral so no one else has to.
  • Stop being a scaredy cat and have a baby.
  • Volunteer in a disaster area or on a mission trip
  • Finish my bachelors degree.
  • Go swimming without freaking out.  (my best friend drowned in 2000 and I've never been swimming since)
  • Finish reading the bible.
  • Breathe for someone else when they can't
  • Surprise my husband with a trip.  He loves to travel.
  • Renew my wedding vows at the Grand Canyon.
  • Get beautiful professional photographs of my husband and I since I hate our wedding photos

If I somehow win the big lotto or inherit bookooo's of money here's my crazy list.

  • Move my parents to a dream house closer to me and buy them reliable cars.
  • Get my mom knee replacements so she can stop being in pain.
  • Get my dad a boat so we can go fishing together again.
  • Oh yeah....pay off all my debt.  Donate my house to someone that needs it.
  • Take my wonderful husband on vacation since we haven't done that since we were married 9 years ago.
  • Take care of our families.
  • Purchase his grandfathers lake house and keep it in the family.
  • Wisely invest our money so it lasts us our lifetime
  • Donate to our favorite charities.
  • Get Liposuction so I can wear that slinky bikini on our vacation....just kidding....or am I???
